From the Firestick home screen go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources.
Go to Find → Search, type Downloader, and install the orange Downloader app.
Open Downloader and enter the player link we send you (usually IPTV Smarters Pro or Smarters Player Lite), then install it. Some Firesticks also have these directly in the Amazon Appstore search.
Launch the app and choose Login with Xtream Codes API. Enter any name, then the username, password and server URL we WhatsApp you.

Open the app and choose Xtream Codes / Login with username. Enter the username, password and server URL we send you.

Search for IPTV Smarters Pro or Smarters Player Lite and tap Install.
Accept the prompts, then choose Login with Xtream Codes API (or Load M3U URL if we send a playlist link instead).
Type any name, then the username, password and server URL from your WhatsApp message and tap Add User.

iOS and iPadOS.
Search for Smarters Player Lite (or another compatible IPTV player) and install it.
Launch the app and pick Login with Xtream Codes API, or M3U URL if that's what we sent.
Add any name, then your username, password and server URL, and confirm.
Your full library loads on the device. AirPlay to an Apple TV if you'd like it on the big screen.
MAG 254, 322, 424 and similar set-top boxes.
On the MAG go to Settings → System → Device info and read your MAC address. WhatsApp it to us so we can authorise your box.
Go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.
In Portal 1 URL, type the portal address we send you, then save.
Reboot the box (or restart the portal). Your channel list loads automatically and you're ready to watch.
A MAG box must be authorised by its MAC address before it will load — so send us that MAC first, otherwise the portal stays empty.
The same login steps on any device that runs IPTV Smarters Pro or Smarters Player Lite.
Get IPTV Smarters Pro or Smarters Player Lite from your device's store (or via Downloader on Firestick).
Open it, accept the terms, and tap Login with Xtream Codes API.
Fill in: Any Name (e.g. OwlIPTV), Username, Password, and Server URL — exactly as in your WhatsApp message.
Tap Add User. The app pulls in Live TV, Movies and Series.
