Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of OwlIPTV — what we provide, what we expect from you, and how this agreement works. Written in plain English so there are no surprises.

The short version

  • OwlIPTV provides an IPTV subscription & login only — not the player app.
  • You must be 18 or older to subscribe.
  • No reselling, restreaming, sharing beyond your plan, or commercial use.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and complying with local laws.
  • Refunds are covered in the separate Refund Policy. Governed by the laws of Ireland.

1 Agreement & eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and OwlIPTV ("OwlIPTV", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website at owliptv.irish, starting a free trial, or purchasing any subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the service.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to or use OwlIPTV. The service may include channels and content (including PPV events, news and entertainment) intended for adult audiences. By subscribing, you confirm you are 18+ and that any household members using your subscription are supervised appropriately.

Parental responsibility

If anyone under 18 uses an OwlIPTV subscription in your household, it is your responsibility as the account holder to supervise access and apply any parental controls available in your player app and on your devices.

2 What we provide

OwlIPTV provides an IPTV subscription service: we issue you login credentials (username, password and server URL) that give you access to a line-up of live TV channels and a video-on-demand (VOD) library over the public internet.

We do not provide:

  • The player application used to view content (e.g. IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Smarters Player Lite) — these are third-party apps.
  • Your internet connection or any networking hardware.
  • The devices (Firestick, smart TV, MAG, phone, tablet, etc.) on which you watch.
  • Ownership or licensing rights to any channel or programme delivered through the service — content is sourced from third-party streams.

3 Third-party player apps

To watch OwlIPTV you must use a third-party IPTV player app such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Smarters Player Lite, or similar. These applications are not owned, operated or supported by OwlIPTV. Their developers set their own terms, privacy policies, prices (if any) and update schedules.

We can recommend reliable players and help you configure them, but we cannot accept responsibility for changes those apps make, including but not limited to: removal from app stores, changes to features, bugs, security issues, or termination of the app entirely. If a player you use stops working, we will help you switch to an alternative.

4 Your subscription & account

Your responsibility

  • Provide an accurate email address and WhatsApp number when ordering, so we can deliver your login details.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential. Save the activation email and the WhatsApp message containing your details.
  • Do not share your login outside your plan's permitted device limit.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect your credentials have been compromised.

Lost credentials

If you forget, lose or delete your login details, we will try to help you recover them, but we are not responsible for any inconvenience or downtime this causes. Forgotten or deleted credentials are not eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

Plan limits

Each subscription plan permits a specific number of simultaneous device connections. Exceeding that limit may cause streams to drop or the account to be flagged for review. To stream on more devices at once, upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

5 Payment & activation

OwlIPTV currently does not process card payments through this website. All orders are arranged manually via WhatsApp or email — you contact us, we confirm the plan and a secure payment method, you pay, and we activate your subscription.

This means:

  • No card or bank details are stored on owliptv.irish.
  • Each order is reviewed and activated by a real person, typically within minutes.
  • Payment confirmation is required before your subscription is activated.
  • Pricing displayed on the site is in EUR (€) and is subject to change. Any change applies only to new orders or renewals; an existing paid period is not affected.

6 Acceptable use

You agree to use OwlIPTV for personal, household, non-commercial use only. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension without refund:

You must NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense or rebrand OwlIPTV access in any form.
  • Restream, rebroadcast, mirror or relay content delivered through the service to any other platform, audience or location.
  • Share your login credentials beyond your plan's device limit, including with people outside your household.
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose — including, but not limited to, public viewings in bars, restaurants, gyms, hotels, hair salons, barbershops or other commercial premises (which would require separate commercial-rights licensing we do not provide).
  • Record, copy, capture, download or extract content from the service for redistribution.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the service, probe our infrastructure, scrape, scan or otherwise interfere with normal operation.
  • Use the service for illegal activity in your jurisdiction or to violate any applicable law.
  • Misrepresent your age, identity or location when ordering.

7 Content & intellectual property

The channels, films, series and other content available through OwlIPTV are produced and owned by third-party broadcasters, studios, sports bodies and other rights-holders. OwlIPTV does not own or claim ownership of any of this content.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the laws of your country, including any applicable copyright, broadcasting and licensing laws. The OwlIPTV name, logo, owliptv.irish website design, copy, images and brand assets are owned by us. You may not copy, mirror or reuse them without our written permission.

8 Free trial

We may offer a free trial so you can test OwlIPTV before subscribing. The free trial:

  • Is intended for genuine evaluation of the service.
  • Has a limited duration and may be limited to one trial per person, household or device.
  • Is provided "as-is" and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time at our discretion.
  • Does not entitle you to a paid subscription, refund, or any guarantee of future access.
  • Is subject to the same acceptable-use rules as a paid plan — abuse of the trial system (multiple trials, sharing trial credentials, etc.) may result in being blocked from the service entirely.

If you proceed from a trial to a paid subscription, the paid Terms and our Refund Policy apply from the moment payment is made.

9 Service availability

We aim for a 99.9% uptime target and operate anti-freeze infrastructure designed to handle peak demand. However, no internet service can guarantee 100% uptime, and OwlIPTV is provided on a reasonable-best-effort basis.

The following may affect your access, and are not grounds for any compensation beyond what's set out in the Refund Policy:

  • Issues with your own device, app, internet connection or home network.
  • ISP restrictions, throttling or blocks applied by your broadband provider.
  • Maintenance windows and infrastructure updates (we keep these short and try to schedule them outside peak times).
  • Force majeure events — events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, internet backbone outages, government actions, cyberattacks, or large-scale third-party platform failures.
  • Changes to third-party content sources, including channels being removed, renamed, or reorganised by the broadcaster.
  • Specific events, matches or programmes being unavailable due to rights restrictions or source changes.

10 Suspension & termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your subscription without notice and without refund if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Reselling, restreaming, sharing or commercially exploiting the service.
  • Exceeding the device limit on your plan repeatedly after being warned.
  • Using the service to commit fraud, harm others, or break the law.
  • Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly (see Section 7 of our Refund Policy).
  • Abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward our support team.

You may stop using OwlIPTV at any time. There is no cancellation fee — your subscription simply ends at the end of the period you've paid for, and is not renewed unless you arrange a new one with us.

11 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • OwlIPTV provides the service "as-is" and "as-available", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under Irish consumer law.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages — including loss of profits, business interruption, missed entertainment, loss of data, or upset arising from being unable to watch a specific programme or event.
  • Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to OwlIPTV will not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the affected subscription period.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded).

12 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold OwlIPTV harmless against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the service; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any commercial use of the service in breach of Section 6.

13 Privacy & data

How we collect, store and use your personal information — including your email, WhatsApp number, payment receipts and device/usage data — is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using OwlIPTV you agree to the terms of that policy.

14 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, in technology, or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always show the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on the website and, where reasonable, communicated to active subscribers.

Continued use of OwlIPTV after a change to these Terms means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you should stop using the service.

15 Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. You and OwlIPTV agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our support team — almost every issue is sorted at this stage.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Where appropriate, claims may also be brought through the Irish Small Claims Court, which handles consumer claims up to €2,000 without the need for a solicitor.

Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer under Irish or EU law.
